RFI wishes to share you a short summary of our on-going efforts to manage the various impacts of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), as the situation continues to evolve globally. 

As the situation continues to evolve, we are continuing to be guided by Federal and State Health authorities and the World Health Organisation (WHO) and when necessary will act on recommendations by those bodies.  

Latest Advice

We are currently reviewing the latest advice provided by the relevant state government authorities issued on 23rd March 2020.

We take the health and safety of our workforce and the wider community seriously, so will be implementing changes in how you will be able to conduct business with us in the coming days.   

Updated Easter Holidays Trading

RFI wishes to share with you that during the month of April we have amended our staffing arrangements ahead of the Easter holidays period.

Many customers locally and globally have adjusted operations, reducing immediate demand significantly. Rest assured, we anticipate our Sydney office even with reduced capacity will meet our projected requirements.

Updated trading hours are as follows:

Open except for Good Friday and Easter Monday 

Please note: National Customer Service, Sales support and NSW Warehouse Staff from 6 April-17 April will be available in a reduced capacity

We will open again for normal operations as usual on Monday, April 20. We hope our slow-down will not impact on your business and apologise for any inconvenience.

  • To help us best serve you during the holiday period, we request that you consider bringing forward any orders required to limit any delays during this period. 
  • If you need assistance or an emergency arises, the staff we have in place will have both the authority to act and the ability to escalate appropriately. 
  • During this period incoming calls (other than to mobiles) will be centralised. To ensure emails are not missed, please use enquiry@rfi.com.au for all enquiries over this period.
